Private Party Pricing (No Painting)


Host - Set Up and Clean Up


To utilize the space and 1 staff member the cost for the package is $50 per hour - $150 deposit/ $30 cleanup. Your deposit is used to the event and clean up. Your event can last up to 3 hours without additional cost. The Tipsee Artist will provide the following for your event.


  • 1 staff member
  • Access to Room A or Room B in studio
  • Full tables
  • Folding chairs
  • Display for cake, presents, and food

We require at least two weeks advance notice to ensure the space and date is available.


Private Couples Dinner

To utilize the space for 2 hours for a private dinner the cost is $25.00 per hour / $75.00 deposit fee. If you would like the Tipsee Artist to pre-purchase the meal and drinks the total cost for the evening is $150 plus a $30 clean up fee. You will have the following for your use.

  • One staff member
  • 1 table
  • Candle light (additional cost)
  • Music playlist of your choice
  • Flowers (additional cost)*

We require at least one week advance notice to ensure the space and date is available.


A credit card is required to be held on file when the host arrives for their private event.
