In Studio Private Parties.
To book your party, just pick a date and time and call the studio or book online.
We schedule private parties 7 days a week (Mon - Saturday 10:00 am to 10:00pm, Sunday 10am - 8pm) in two hour increments. Tipsee Artist will need at least 2 days advance notice for all bookings. We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time. There is a $15 charge for going past the 15 minute grace period at the end of the event.The requested minimum is 10 people (Not meeting the minimum forfeits the balance of your deposit). Once you have paid your private party deposit, you can choose from our art library or we collaborate on a painting. The artist will only paint your desired painting when you are 100% sure that is the painting you'd like done for your group.
A $50 reservation fee is due at the time you reserve your party. 1 event seat will be taken from the deposit for the host. One event ticket is $35 (16"x20" canvas). The host of the party holds the reservation with a credit card via PayPal (PayPal account not required), over the phone or in person. We will also make your party available on our calendar so that your guests may register and pay ahead of time. Two hour painting is $35(16x20)/adult in studio. Once your party minimum has been met the balance of your deposit ($15) will be refunded. If the party minimum of 10 guests is not met your deposit balance covers for the missing guest(s).
Kids Birthday Parties are $125.00 for up to 10 children in studio. There is a $12.50 charge each additional child. Click 'Book a Private Party' to schedule a kids party.
Kids travel parties are $225 for up to 10 children, $12.50 per child thereafter.
Gifted™ Custom Art Private Party
To host a gifted party the host must upload their desired photo and pay for their piece. Once the host has paid the event will be added to the calendar. All gifted parties must be booked at least 10 days in advance to allow your photo canvas to be created. For gifted private events there is a minimum of 5 guests in order to have a party. If you do not meet the minimum there will be a $15/missing person which is payable at the end of your event. To book your party now click here or the Gifted™Custom art link above to get started. Grace Period Info
We allow a 15 minute grace period - before and after your event; after that there will be a $15 charge for going over the allotted time and $1 per minute thereafter. We supply the canvas, paint, aprons, brushes and easels. We also have wine glasses, access to a refrigerator and corkscrews.You bring your beverage of choice and a snack or appetizers. NO HARD LIQUOR!
Choosing a painting
You may choose a painting from our gallery online or give the staff an idea of what you are looking to paint. See art gallery. The artist will not commission a painting if you are not 100% sure. The artist also needs 3 (three) business days to properly prepare for a new piece.
Please give us 2 days notice if you must cancel the private party, the reservation fee and any reserved seats will be credited towards a future event or class. The reservation fee of $50.00 will NOT refunded or credited if we are not given sufficient notice. Tipsee issues refunds in the event of catastrophic events and/or if Tipsee cancels the event.
If you have guests who will not be painting there will be a $15.00 charge per guests FOR THE USE OF OUR STUDIO.
Tipsee On The GO!
Tipsee Artist On the Go parties works just like a paint party in the studio, except we bring all of the fun to your location! We provide all of the supplies that you need, easels, canvases, paint, brushes and aprons. We do not provide wine glasses, table or chairs. We’ve tried to think of everything! You just gather a group of friends and have a blast! You need a minimum of 10 guests to schedule an event and pricing is $25 (12"x16" canvas) per person 2 hour painting. There is a $125 nonrefundable charge to cover the cost of travel, the host and all the set up that's involved in bringing this super fun painting experience to your doorstep!
Tipsee Artist - Palmdale will travel up to 50 miles; 50+ miles will incur an additional fee of $0.54/mile.
The team will need access to a sink. Coupons cannot be applied to the event seats, travel and/or set up costs.
Tipsee Artist - Jacksonville will travel up to 25 miles; 25+ miles will incur an additional fee of $0.54/mile. The team will need access to a sink. Coupons cannot be applied to the event seats, travel and/or set up costs.
Cancellation Policy: Please give us 2 days notice if you must cancel your private party, the reservation fee and any reserved seats will be credited towards another event or private party. The reservation fee will NOT credited if we are not given sufficient notice.
A credit card is required to be held on file when the host arrives for their private event.
Our studio is available for all sorts of fundraisers. Painting is a great way to express your creativity or give the gift of art to someone else. You can reserve your event on any open day or evening (minimum of 15 guests required). Please refer to our calendar for availability. If you have specific requirements or would like to auction or raffle off some of your items for additional donation monies during your event please contact management so we can make appropriate arrangements for time and space. Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited during any event. Cost is $35 per person, but if you'd like to increase the cost Tipsee will give you the difference plus 10% of $35. To qualify for the 10% donation your party must hit 15 guests. We provide everyone with their own canvas, paint and all the other painting supplies needed. Tipsee donates 10% for every registered guest, which you donate to your charity or fundraiser. All sales are final. No discounts coupons, gift certificates, etc. can be used for the event.
